Insulating Glass Systems unit with triple heat and solar control coating

Şişecam Flat Glass’s privileged product Isıcam K 3+, developed for effective energy saving, is a double spacer triple Insulating Glass unit with one plate of Solar Low-E coated heat and solar control coated glass (Şişecam Solar Low-E Glass) and one plate of Low-E coated heat control glass (Şişecam Low-E Glass).

Isıcam K 3+, Solar Low-E heat and solar control coating in the unit is used on the 2nd surface and Low-E heat control coating is used on the 5th surface.

Isıcam K 3+;

o Provides 4 times better thermal insulation than Standard Double Glazing and approximately 2 times better thermal insulation than Isıcam K.

o Reduces solar heat input by 48% compared to Standard Double Glazing

o Reduces fuel costs in winter and air conditioning costs in summer.

o It recovers the additional expenditure made compared to standard double glazing in about 3 years with savings in fuel costs, and continues to provide gains throughout the remaining life of the building.

o It does not compromise on bright spaces by letting 63% of the daylight in.

o Prevents window fronts from being cold in winter and hot in summer.

o Delays fogging on the glass surface compared to standard double glazing.
